The Adidas Yeezy 350 V2 Light is the colour-changing 350, using a UV-reactive Primeknit that shifts tone in sunlight. Buy it if you want a sneaker that does something no other shoe in your rotation does.
The upper is Primeknit treated with a photochromic finish, so it reads one colour indoors and a noticeably different one after a few minutes in daylight. The rest is standard 350 V2: full-length Boost midsole, rubber outsole wrapping the sidewall, knitted sock-like fit with no break-in.
This is for people who buy sneakers for the technology as much as the look. It is also a genuinely practical shoe, since the indoor tone is neutral enough to wear anywhere.
UV-reactive materials were a one-off experiment in the Yeezy line and with the Adidas partnership closed, nothing else like this is coming. There is no second version.
Size 9.5 with two pairs available. Deadstock, authenticated in hand in Dallas. Yeezy 350s run half a size small.
