At Raw Kicks, we stand behind the quality and authenticity of every pair we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Window

  • Items must be returned within [14] days of the delivery date.

2. Condition of Items

To be eligible for a return, your sneakers must be in the exact same condition as they were received:

  • Unworn & Unwashed: No visible signs of wear, stains, or odors on the shoes or soles.

  • Original Packaging: Shoes must be returned in their original shoebox, which must also be in its original condition.

  • Tags Attached: All original tags, extra laces, and accessories must remain attached or included.

  • Double-Boxed: When shipping back, you must place the shoebox inside a separate shipping box to prevent damage to the original packaging.

3. Final Sale Items

The following are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during a clearance event.

  • Customized or personalized footwear.

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

4. Refunds and Processing

  • Inspection: Once we receive your return, it will undergo a thorough authenticity and quality check.

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within [5–10] business days.

  • Restocking Fee: A [15]% restocking fee may be applied to high-value or limited-release items to cover processing and market value changes.

5. Return Shipping
